My Kitchen Rules set to serve up a new local season on TVNZ 2 in 2023

10th November 2022

TVNZ is on the search for Aotearoa’s new superstar cooking teams who are keen to test their culinary skills on the brand-new season of My Kitchen Rules New Zealand, returning to screens in 2023.

The five teams of passionate home cooks will compete under the watchful gaze of renowned chefs and restaurateurs Manu Feildel and Colin Fassnidge, who will be travelling across the ditch to take their judging seats at the head of dining tables around the country.

“I’m very excited to return to the head of the table and share my passion for food with you all,” says Manu. “I can’t wait to be back in New Zealand homes again, meeting more incredible home cooks and sharing their food dreams. Bring on 2023.”

“I can’t wait to get back on Kiwi shores for MKR,” adds Colin. “I’m really looking forward to seeing what taste sensations Manu and I will experience as we travel from meal to meal!”

Are you passionate about cooking and entertaining? Do you have a competitive streak? If you’re an aspiring home cook and think you’ve got what it takes to deliver a three-course menu impressive enough to break bread with Manu and Colin, then we want to hear from you!

Up for grabs is a chance to be crowned My Kitchen Rules New Zealand champions and the $100,000 prize.
